Introduction

Otherwise known as the 'Small Print', the following lays out the basis of the Agreement being made between you, the Client and us, Hinga Design.
We have tried to move away from complicated legal jargon in favour of something a little more straightforward and we hope that the values and principles on which we operate are also communicated well.

In re-writing out Terms & Conditions we have decided to take time out in order to get them right and in a form that you will be able to easily understand.
This has meant they are not yet ready to be published and therefore are not displayed here.

In the event we start any work for you now we will agree specific, mutually acceptable terms and conditions with you before any work is commenced.
